Observing the Students’ Needs

The demand for inclusive education underlines the role of teachers. In Finland the teachers are trained to observe their students’ progress continuously. If they see that someone is struggling with given tasks or can not concentrate on teaching they react immediately. Usually observation leads to support that is called intensified support.
